Our Centre is rated as 'EXCEEDING' the National Quality Standard with the Assessment and Rating conducted by ACECQA under the new National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education and Care.

Our Centre’s programs are based on the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Negotiated Emergent Curriculum, National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is encompassed in all that we do at the centre, as we focus on the 3 areas that are fundamental to EYLF – Belonging Becoming and Being. We also include in our daily programming the 5 learning outcomes of EYLF – Children have a strong sense of identity, children are connected with and contribute to their world, children have a strong sense of wellbeing, children are confident and involved learners and children are effective communicators.
By means of our Negotiated Emergent Curriculum, the stimulating early learning through play programs we provide are centred on every child’s individual interests. Combined with social, cultural, physical, emotional and wellbeing development, we ensure every child receives a valuable and happy outcome. We assist our Educators with their training and studies to achieve the highest qualifications. We immerse children in play to give them the exposure they need to learn about and experience literacy, numeracy, relationships and so much more.
Our Kindergarten Teacher, Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) Primary School Teacher, delivers the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines – which again encompasses the EYLF. The 5 learning and development areas from the Guidelines are included in our written program and are at the centre of what each day in the Kindergarten room entails, in readiness for children transitioning to school. Our Centre is a Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten Program Provider.
